AURORA, CO – A driver was sent to a nearby hospital in serious condition after their vehicle overturned and crashed along Cherry Creek State Park Friday.
Aurora Police announced this solo collision at 8:28 p.m. and said it took place at the intersection of I-225 South and Parker Road. Immediately after officers arrived, they and other crews shut down three lanes to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation period.
