WHEAT RIDGE, CO – A female passenger was taken to a hospital, where she later died after her driver attempted a U-turn and collided with another vehicle Tuesday.
This collision happened before 10:30 p.m. at the West 50th Avenue and Kipling Street intersection, according to Wheat Ridge Police.

Arvada Fire Department were the first emergency responders to find the unconscious passenger.
Upon arrival, Wheat Ridge Police closed southbound Kipling Street for the standard investigation and scene clearance procedure and reopened some time later.
