DENVER, CO – Denver Police have confirmed the name of the man who was suspected of impairment when he fatally struck a man in the Westwood area on Monday, April 15th.
New information from 9News revealed this collusion happened after 3 p.m. when the driver, identified as 56-year-old James Corpuz, was turning right at West Mississippi Avenue and South Irving Street and then crashed into a front yard.
Police declared the pedestrian dead at the scene but have not released his name at this time.
