WHEAT RIDGE, CO – Wheat Ridge Police arrested a person for driving impaired after their vehicle crashed and overturned on I-70 East Thursday.

This collision happened after 5 p.m. near Youngfield Street. After arriving, police down one lane so crews could clean up debris and remove the vehicle from the site.
Officers reopened the area at approximately 4:50 p.m. They said the driver was not seriously injured but did not specify if they were hurt at all.
Police started an investigation but did not share additional details.
