DENVER, CO – Denver police are continuing their search for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run in Morris Heights earlier this month that claimed the life of a pedestrian.
According to 9 News, the victim was walking on East 39th Avenue near Paris Street at about 12:30 a.m. on August 15th when they were hit by pickup truck.
The unidentified victim suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
Police characterized the vehicle involved as as a late-model tan truck, featuring a red driver-side front quarter panel, and marked with blue painters’ tape on the front side passenger window. The truck is also suspected to have moderate front-end damage.
