COMMERCE CITY, CO – Police were called to a cement truck rollover collision reported before 7:30 a.m. Wednesday off East 88th Avenue and I-76.
A fire truck engine and a fire crew pickup truck, along with either a Commerce City police SUV or Adams County deputy vehicle, were also called to the scene, according to the Denver 7 Traffic team.

While the details leading up to this wreck are unclear, it appeared at least three or four firefighters were preparing to either extricate a driver or occupant who was either entrapped or pinned.
Emergency crews who did respond to the scene shut down the area to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation process before reopening the I-76 off-ramp later.
First responders have made no mention of any sustained injuries or said if anyone would be cited or charged for their involvement in the crash.
