DENVER, CO – A multi-vehicle crash just outside of the Denver Zoo claimed the life of a motorcyclist late Sunday night.
According to the Denver Post, the motorcyclist was heading north on York Street at a high rate of speed when it collided with a vehicle making the left turn onto 23rd Avenue.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending further investigation.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. It is unclear whether they will face any charges in connection to the deadly crash.
