DENVER, CO – Two motorcyclists were hospitalized for serious wounds after two separate crashes with other vehicles that happened in the City Park area Monday afternoon.
The first collision, reported at 2:26 p.m., took place at the East 18th Avenue and North Humboldt Street intersection, along Intermountain Health Saint Joseph Hospital, Denver Police said.

The second crash occurred after 4:45 p.m. at the junction of Colfax Avenue and Columbine Street, along Denver East High School.
Officers had to shut down both areas for the standard scene clearance and investigation period.
Authorities told drivers approaching the connectors to anticipate delays during those closures.
