SOUTH DENVER, CO – A motorcyclist sustained injuries when they were struck by a driver at the northbound I-25 and South Downing Street intersection Saturday.
Denver Police arrived at the collision site before 1:30 p.m. Officers had to shut down the area for routine scene clearance and investigation. As such, they did have to make drivers aware of the delays and advised them to seek alternative routes.

Police have not stated the exact cause of this crash nor which occupants were at fault.
