DENVER, CO – A man who was suspected of impairment was arrested for investigation of Vehicular Homicide after he fatally hit a pedestrian in Westwood Monday.
Denver Police said this collision happened after 3 p.m. at West Mississippi Avenue and South Irving Street near Garfield Lake Park. The pedestrian, they said, passed away at the scene.
