AURORA, CO – A woman had her last late-night run after she was fatally hit by a vehicle at South Parker Road and East Dartmouth Avenue on Sunday.
The Denver Post said around 10:15 p.m., the driver of a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban — a 67-year-old man from Aurora — had struck the 57-year-old woman. The motorist did remain at the scene, and officials have not disclosed any pending charges.
Good samaritans rendered aid to her before first responders rushed her to an area hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
The Arapahoe County Coroner’s Office has not released the deceased woman’s name at this time.
