DENVER, CO – A driver was arrested following a hit-and-run near the Bear Creek Greenbelt early Wednesday.
According to a report by Denver Police, the motorcyclist was hit at about 3:13 a.m. in the 7500 block of West Yale Avenue, just east of CO-121.

The motorcyclist, whose identity is not mentioned in the report, was rushed to an area hospital with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
The driver involved had fled the scene before first responders arrived. The individual was located some time later and taken into custody on charges of leaving the scene of an accident involving serious bodily injuries.
