DENVER, CO – Denver Police are investigating the circumstances behind what led to a motorcycle collision that happened outside Bear Creek Park Friday.
ROAD CLOSED: The westbound lanes of W Hampden Ave are closed at S Sheridan Blvd while officers manage a traffic crash involving a motorcyclist. No reported serious injuries at this time. Alternate routes are advised. #Denverpic.twitter.com/N7PmBHdNNY
Police said this crash took place at the West Hampden Avenue and South Sheridan Boulevard intersection, revealing they arrived at the scene before 2:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they shut down westbound Hampden and reopened all lanes after 4 p.m.
Officials said there were no serious injuries sustained but declined to mention the motorcyclist’s current physical condition and specify if they were taken to a hospital or reveal if other vehicles were involved.
