CLEAR CREEK COUNTY, CO – Authorities were dispatched to a crash Monday morning that blocked a section of U.S. Highway 40 west of Empire, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The accident unfolded on the eastbound lanes of US-40 between Robins Roost and Henderson Mine Road. It was first reported by ColoradoDOT shortly after 9:00 a.m.
