DENVER, CO – An ambulance took a pedestrian to a local hospital after they were hit by a driver in the Athmar Park area Monday.
Denver Police said this collision occurred in the vicinity of South Federal Boulevard and West Exposition Avenue.

Officers arrived at the scene before 11:30 a.m. They closed the northbound lanes of Federal along West Ohio Avenue for their investigation and the scene clearance process. At the time of the reporting, they asked travelers in the area to seek alternative routes.
