AURORA, CO – Two ambulance personnel and the patient traveling in the ambulance were all hospitalized after their vehicle was struck by another automobile Friday night.
Aurora Police said this collision happened around 6:15 p.m. at the East Colfax Avenue and Fitzsimons Parkway intersection. According to an eyewitness, it appears the impact caused the ambulance to roll over.

All westbound Colfax lanes are blocked. All southbound lanes of Fitzsimons are also closed at 17th.
Officers said the two ambulance employees did not sustain any serious wounds, while the other driver was unharmed.
