DENVER, CO – A crash involving 7 vehicles north of Aurora this morning caused major delays and left five people with injuries, DenverRite reports.
The crash took place just after 7 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of Colfax Avenue at the I-225 overpass.
In total, five people sustained injuries in the crash, two of whom were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Police say a medical emergency could be a contributing factor in the crash. However, an official cause remains under investigation.
