LAKEWOOD, CO – Lakewood Police said one woman lost her life, while another woman and a man were hospitalized after two separate crashes Wednesday.

Officers said the collisions, which involved three vehicles, occurred at West Colfax Avenue and Garrison Street.
Police first announced these incidents at approximately 6:58 p.m.
Officials have not specified the events leading up to these automobile accidents, revealed if anyone would be cited or charged for their involvement in these wrecks, or released the name of the woman who passed away.
