THORNTON, CO – Ambulance personnel transported an adult driver to a local hospital following a crash in the Eastlake area Friday.
This collision happened before 10:15 p.m. in the 12800th block of Holly Street, Thornton Police said. Due to the severity of this crash, crews were forced to shut down Holly Street completely between 128th Avenue to 130th Avenue for several hours to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation period. During these closures, drivers were asked to use Summit Grove Parkway and Jasmine Street as alternative routes. All closures were lifted after 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
