ARAPAHOE COUNTY, CO – A two-vehicle rollover wreck Tuesday morning near southwest Littleton left one person with serious injuries, according to FOX 31.
The crash was reported on the eastbound lanes of State Route 470, west of South Santa Fe Drive. Multiple area agencies, including South Metro Fire Rescue, West Metro Fire Rescue, and the Colorado State Patrol, responded to the scene.
Preliminary details indicate the two involved vehicles rolled off the roadway as a result of the crash. A photo taken at the crash site shows a passenger car flipped onto its roof.
First responders rushed one person to a nearby hospital for major injuries.
Crews had an eastbound lane of C-470 shut down during the crash clearance and the removal of the vehicles. By 6:30 a.m., the lane had been reopened to traffic.
At this time, no pending charges or citations have been confirmed.
