DENVER, CO – The Denver Police Department is investigating the details of a Saturday two-vehicle collision along the Denver Zoo.

Police said this crash happened at the southbound Colorado Boulevard and East 23rd Avenue junction. They first announced lane closures at 4:55 p.m. and said all lanes reopened nearly an hour later at 5:41 p.m.
Police have not commented on the severity of this collision, the cause of this crash, or confirmed the physical conditions of those involved in this incident, only stating no serious wounds were sustained.
