BOULDER, CO – Boulder Police suspect a driver may have been impaired when they lost control of their car, causing it to roll over and land on its roof Saturday.

The single-vehicle collision took place around 9:30 a.m. at the 28th Street Frontage Road and Aurora Avenue intersection, which is along the University of Colorado Boulder.
