EMPIRE, CO – Officials shut down the U.S. 40 eastbound lanes due to a collision that happened near Guanella Street around 6:45 a.m. 

This crash occurred near milepost 256 and CR-202 and Henderson Mine Road, according to an X post from Total Traffic Denver.
