News: Driver escapes injury after colliding with tree in Superior

SUPERIOR, CO – A driver was left uninjured after they crashed their Ford SUV into a tree along the Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge amid snowy conditions Friday. 

Mountain View Fire Rescue and local police responded to County Road 128 and Indiana Street before 11:30 p.m. Upon arrival, first responders discovered the vehicle was “perched” and “off the side of the road.” 

The car was removed from the scene. It is not immediately clear what led the motorist to lose control of their car prior to the single-vehicle crash.
