ERIE, CO – Officials confirmed that I-25 between Highway 52 and Erie Parkway is closed because a semi-truck jackknifed amid snowy conditions.
Mountain View Fire Rescue reported this before noon on Monday. They, along with Frederick Firestone Fire Rescue units, Dacono Police, and Colorado State Police, were summoned to the crash site, which indicated a semi on its side.
Our crews along with Frederick Firestone Fire Rescue units, Dacono PD and CSP responded to reports of a tractor-trailer that had jackknifed and flipped onto its side on I 25 between Highway 52 & Erie Parkway.
It is not immediately clear if anyone was injured or when the scene will clear.
