DENVER, CO – Denver Police confirmed that it was a child and an adult who sustained serious injuries when they were struck by a vehicle walking along MSU Denver Tuesday.

This collision happened before 8:30 p.m. at the 12th Street and Auraria Parkway junction. While the details of this crash remain limited, KDVR did indicate that a stroller and a child’s sippy cup were at the collision site.
The child and adult were hospitalized. Their condition is unknown, and officials did not reveal if the driver (who stayed at the scene) will be charged.
