WHEAT RIDGE, CO – A four-vehicle wreck was reported around 6:18 p.m. Thursday on I-70 East along West 38th Avenue in the Applewood Villages district.
Little information about this collision is known. Wheat Ridge Police did, however, indicate that no one sustained “serious injuries.” Still, it is unclear what their current conditions are and if they were taken to area hospitals.
TRAFFIC ALERT: Officers are investigating a crash on EB I-70 near 38th. Four cars involved, but no serious injuries. We’ll have one lane shut down while we tow some of the vehicles.
Police and emergency crews reduced the flow of traffic to one lane to accommodate the crash clearance procedure and for investigation.
