DENVER, CO – A person operating a scooter sustained critical, life-threatening injuries after they were struck by a vehicle east of Southmoor Park Monday.
Denver Police were summoned to the 7400th block of East Hampden and first reported this crash just before 4 p.m. It is unclear if the scooter was electric, gas-powered, or a classic kick scooter. It is unknown as to who had the right of way and if charges will be sought.
