DENVER, CO -A suspect has been apprehended in connection with a high-speed crash in August that claimed the lives of three individuals, including a 12-year-old boy from Aurora, according to KXRM.

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office reported that 32-year-old Kohen Garrett Kyle was behind the wheel of a BMW 550, traveling at speeds exceeding 100 mph when the accident transpired.
Kyle was arrested on multiple charges, including three counts of first-degree murder, three counts of reckless driving leading to vehicular homicide, three counts of vehicular homicide under the influence, and child abuse resulting in death.
