Nancy was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where she majored in Communication and Global Studies. Following college, she spent a few months interning at the International Rescue Committee (IRC), where she helped refugees from all over the world get settled in San Diego County, obtain jobs, and in some instances open their own businesses. After completing her internship, she moved onto a big CA Personal injury Law Firm where she worked as a legal assistant for over three years. She quickly realized the importance of our work- providing a voice and legal insight to individuals who are left in the dark during difficult and unforeseen circumstances.
In 2021, Nancy and her fiancé visited Colorado and fell in love with its crisp air and mountain views which prompted their move in 2022. She is now our newest member of the Dormer Harpring family, where she continues to assist clients in their recovery.
During her free time, Nancy enjoys reading, hiking, and checking out new restaurants and breweries in the area.
