DENVER, CO – Denver Police cited a driver for careless driving after causing a multi-vehicle collision that injured several people Sunday.

This crash was reported before 9:45 p.m. at the northbound I-25 and Colorado Boulevard intersection. Officers said that just prior to the wreck, several of the other drivers, who were hurt, stopped after seeing the reckless driver. Despite the stop, the careless driver still managed to collide with them.
Officers shut down the area for the standard scene clearance and investigation period. They have not released additional information, including an update on the physical conditions of those who were injured.
